DESCRIPTION:  As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work hand in hand with materials, process and manufacturing engineers to integrate and program robotic systems. In this hands-on position, you will work with the equipment, operators and other personnel to ensure the systems are functional and robust.   • Participate in the specification and integration for new robotic systems
  • Support in the integration of existing robotic systems
  • Retrofit existing equipment with additional functionality as required
  • Operate equipment as needed
  • Program Online and offline robotics
  • B.S. degree or higher in engineering or relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience with robotic systems in research, development and/or manufacturing environments
  • The ability to either work directly with integrators or with the robot OEM to specify new systems for novel rocket part processing
  • Experience in the operation and programming (online/offline) of robotic based systems (online-coding and CAM)
  • Experience with robotics and end-effector integration
  • Experience in the qualification and implementation of integrated robotic systems
  • Knowledge in the use of 3D CAD tools
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or otherwise able to review all export-controlled technical information
  • Kuka robotic language (KRL) online and Robotmaster CAM offline programming experience
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Ability to program software for CAM
